My journey in fitness and mental health had always been tumultuous. I recall the insignificance of my place in sports and fitness because I was a woman. I remember the inadequacy I felt throughout my childhood because of these societal expectations that women should not be fat, but they also shouldn't look strong. I developed many insecurities that negatively impacted my young adulthood and relationships. I wanted to be strong, athletic and confident in my body. I felt lost in the gym and overall lost in life. My story completely changed the day I discovered pole dance & fitness. I was shocked and enamored by these athletic, flexible, and agile women. I immediately became obsessed, bought a pole, and began learning as much as I could. I knew pole dancing would make me strong, but I was not prepared for the healing that took place in my mind. I began to believe in my SELF and discovered a new layer of who I was as a woman. The best part of pole dancing over the years is that I learned to love me and became the confident woman that I am now. I believe this sport is for everyone. Pole will not only strengthen you physically but will heal YOUR mind, body, and soul.

Pole Dancing

Pole classes are offered daily. We host a variety of styles and levels. You do NOT need any experience or to already be "FIT". Your first day ever in fitness can be a step into our pole studio. Every body is a pole body.

Yoga & Meditation

Our yoga classes are a perfect balance of challenging and rejuvenating. We focus on intention and creating a meditative space in your body. Yoga is a practice meant for everyone and we encourage all bodies to give it a try.

Private Pole Parties

Whether you are celebrating a birthday, wedding, girls night, divorce, or just because it's Tuesday, we have the vibe for you. Our Private Parties are a one of a kind experience with incredible moments shared with your besties. Book your next night out with one of our amazing teachers!

Magnolia is super sweet and nonjudgmental. You will feel at home and comfortable in her studio while you explore your sensuality and strength. She is willing to take her time with all experience levels and guide you without making you feel insecure. Her classes are intimate enough not to feel intimidating and paced for all skill levels to feel like they’re being challenged. I highly recommend attending a yoga or pole class.

I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to expand their mind and soul and open to new possibilities! The teachers here are truly wonderful and work well through each stage of growth! Truly a blessing to be able to have this studio to come unwind and recenter and connect our bodies with our mind, spirit, and soul!
